Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping is $4.99 (US) / $7.99 CAD (Canada), arriving in 10 to 14 days. Express is $9.99 flat, arriving in 5 to 8 days. Orders over $65 USD / $90 CAD ship free automatically at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships, click that link directly, no login needed. You can also sign in at Track Your Order to see your full order history. If you checked out as a guest, use the emailed tracking link instead.
How soon does my order ship after I place it?
Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at support@louisvana.com and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes.
Do you ship outside the US and Canada?
We currently ship within the United States and Canada.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags, in original packaging. Email support@louisvana.com to start a return. Full details on our Returns page.
My glasses arrived damaged, or I got the wrong item. What now?
Email support@louisvana.com with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it out, replacement or refund.

What is PaddleProof™ Technology?
It's Farline's name for the frame's raised outer rim, it sits proud of the lens plane, so the frame takes a ball impact before the lens or your face does. It's there whether the lens is in or out.
Are the lenses anti-fog?
Yes, the clear lens has an anti-fog coating built in, so it stays clear through fast rallies and hot, humid conditions. Want zero risk of fog entirely? Pop the lens out and play wide-open.
Do they block UV?
Yes. UV400 blocks 100% of harmful UV light up to 400 nanometers, think of it as sunscreen for your eyes.
Are the lenses polarized?
No, and that's deliberate. Polarized lenses can flatten depth perception, which makes it harder to read how fast the ball is actually moving. Farline lenses use an anti-glare coating instead, so you keep true depth perception on court.
What colors are available?
Clear, Black, and White. More colors may follow based on demand.

We accept all major credit cards and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, checkout is processed and encrypted through Shopify's secure payment system. We never see or store your full card details.
