Delays
Delivery times above are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order leaves our hands, it's in the carrier's, and things like weather, customs, or high volume periods can occasionally add time. If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or something looks off, email support@louisvana.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
Damaged in transit?
