Returns & Exchanges

The short version

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, with tags on, in the original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or order confirmation.

How to start a return

  1. Email us. Send support@louisvana.com your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll send you a return label. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please don't send anything back before we've confirmed the return, packages sent without one won't be accepted.
  3. We inspect, then refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll be notified whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it on their end. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval and you still don't see it, email us, we'll track it down.

Damaged item or wrong item received?

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something's defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email support@louisvana.com right away with your order number and a photo, we'll evaluate and make it right, no need to go through the standard return process above.

What can't be returned

  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Perishable, custom, or personalized items
  • Personal care goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to swap sizes or colors: return the pair you have, and once that return is approved, place a new order for what you want. This gets your new pair moving faster than waiting on a swap.

Shipping to the EU

If your order shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days, no reason required. Same condition rules apply, unworn, unused, tags on, original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase.
